OPPO N1 Headphone Jack and Speaker Cover Replacement

This guide covers replacement of the headphone jack and/or speaker cover.

Step 1 | Rear Case

Start by inserting the plastic opening tool into the crevice, then work your way out.

  • The back cover will be easiest to remove if you start here.

Rotate the phone 90 degrees counter-clockwise in the photo.

  • Plastic opening tool: Gently slide around edge of phone to release back cover.
  • You may hear snapping noises as back cover releases.
  • Rear case will come free after releasing back cover.

Step 3 | Battery

Remove the six 4mm screws using a ph0 Phillips head screwdriver.

Remove the sliver plates using either tweezers or your fingers.

Remove the black plate using your fingertips.

Use tweezers or your fingers to gently lift the connector tabs.

Step 7

Use the blue opening tool to gently pry the battery away from its adhesive backing.

  • Position the tool on one edge of the battery and lift carefully.
  • Work your way around the battery, freeing it from the tape.

Step 8 | Headphone Jack and Speaker Cover

  • Remove two 4mm screws with a ph0 Phillips head screwdriver.
  • Remove six 3mm screws with a ph0 Phillips head screwdriver.

Remove the plastic cover using tweezers or your fingers.
