This guide covers replacing a faulty screen on the Oppo A55s mobile device.
Use a heat mat or hair dryer to remove the back cover, making it hot to the touch.
Remove 9 Philips head screws from the main board cover.
Disconnect the battery connector on the right side of the main board.
Verify your new screen works before proceeding with further repairs.
Release the battery by pulling up on the green tape.
Apply heat to the screen to loosen the adhesive.
Remove any remaining glass shards or adhesive from the screen side of the housing.
If using glue, clamp or secure the frame and screen together with rubber bands for at least 30 minutes to allow curing.
Test all phone functions.
Remove excess adhesive from the back cover to prevent damage.
