The following steps will aid in removing the phone's screen assembly, encompassing both the LCD panel and the digitizer.
Press the small power button on the right side of the phone.
Insert the SIM card removal tool into the small hole on top right corner of the phone, above volume buttons.
If you do not have a SIM card removal tool, use a straightened paperclip or similar instead.

Press the suction cup firmly to the back panel.

Remove the following 7 PH000 screws:

Use a plastic spudger to pry the metal cover off, starting from the bottom edge near the battery. Be cautious of the 2 clips located at this area.
Power to components will be cut when releasing the battery connector.
Locate the clear tab on the battery.
Apply gentle force to avoid damaging the battery.

Remove adhesive and loosen screen.
