OnePlus Nord N200 Sub Board Replacement

Take out the sim tray before starting the repair.

  • Heat the back of the phone to loosen the adhesive.
  • Insert a slim prying tool, working in a counterclockwise direction to remove the back cover.
  • Add IPA as needed to detach the adhesive layer.
  • Be cautious near the volume button: the ribbon cable is exposed and can be easily cut.

Remove the back cover once the adhesion layer is detached.

Use a J000 screwdriver to remove 19 screws holding the edge casing to the screen.

  • Separate the edge plastic from the screen using a pry tool.
  • Disconnect the power button cable once you have sufficient lift.
  • Remove the edge plastic and set it aside.

Remove the plastic speaker piece.

  • Disconnect the antenna cables and main board connector.
  • Remove the board and replace with a new component.
  • (Optional) Reconnect any disconnected connectors.

  • Reconnect the antenna and main board.
  • Be careful to secure the power cable properly — risk of electrical shock.

    Reconnect the power cable, then reattach the plastic edge.
  • Using a J000 screwdriver, reinstall all 19 screws.

Reconnect the back panel.

Apply heat to aid in adhesion.

You may also apply additional adhesive using TESA tape.
