Disconnect the bracket attached to the daughterboard using a spudger.
Remove the battery.

Attach a suction handle to the screen.
Be gentle when handling the screen — excessive force may cause further damage.
Warm the edge glue using heat from a hair dryer or other suitable device until it is pliable.
