OnePlus Nord N20 5G Daughterboard Replacement
Charging issues on your OnePlus Nord N20 5G (Model Number: CPH2459) might require a daughterboard replacement.

When using the iOpener, exercise caution in steps 2 and 6.

Step 1 | Back Cover
Insert the SIM ejection tool or a spudger into the small hole next to the SIM tray.
- Pull gently until the tray pops out.
- Slide the SIM card tray outwards to remove it.
Step 2
Reheat the iOpener in 10-30 second increments, until hot enough.
- Apply the heated iOpener to the phone's backside for one minute.
- Use a iFixit opening tool and slide it along the edges of the phone to pry off the back panel.
Step 3 | Speaker
Use a Phillips #0 screwdriver to remove the 18 x 3.9 mm screws.
Step 4
Run the iFixit opening tool along the edges of the frame to create separation.
- Apply gentle pressure while moving the tool around the perimeter.
- The back housing should now be separated from the frame of the screen.
Step 5
Disconnect the speaker from the motherboard using a spudger.
- Carefully lift the speaker away from its mounting point.
- Remove the speaker from the device.
Step 6 | Daughterboard
Remove the bracket from the daughterboard.
- Disconnect the black wire.
- Next, disconnect the white wire.
Step 7
Remove the daughterboard.
