Locate the SIM ejection pin slot.
- Insert a SIM ejector tool or a spudger into the slot and push gently until the tray releases.
- Slide outwards to remove the SIM card tray.
Step 2
Heat iOpener in a microwave for 30 seconds.
Check temperature, reheat up to 40 seconds if necessary.
- Apply heated iOpener to phone backside for 1 minute.
- Use iFixit opening tool and slide along edges to pry off back panel.
