Power off your phone and remove all cables.
Use caution when applying excessive heat with a hair dryer, heat gun, or hot plate as it can damage the display and internal battery.
Apply a suction handle to the center of the bottom edge of the rear glass, as close to the edge as possible.
If your display is badly cracked, cover it with clear packing tape to help the suction cup adhere. Alternatively, use very strong tape instead of a suction cup, or superglue the suction cup to the broken screen if necessary.
Insert the second opening pick at the bottom edge of the rear glass, into the gap you created.
Adhesive not slicing properly?
Insert the fourth opening pick at the top left corner of the rear glass.
Insert the fifth opening pick under the top right corner of the rear glass.
Remove the rear glass.
If the rear glass still feels stuck, slide an opening pick around the entire perimeter until it separates completely.
Remove the white sticker covering a screw on the right edge of the motherboard cover using the tip of your screwdriver or tweezers.
Insert the flat-end spudger into the center of the motherboard cover's bottom edge.
Remove the motherboard cover.
Never press in the middle or risk bending pins that can cause permanent damage if misaligned.
Remove any protective white sticker from the top-right corner of the speaker.
Remove the loudspeaker.
