OnePlus 3 Earpiece Speaker Replacement

This repair involves replacing a faulty earpiece speaker on a OnePlus 3, which requires access via the motherboard.

Do not attempt to access the earpiece without first removing the motherboard.

The most challenging aspect of this repair is releasing the frame clips. Note that guide images may depict the battery as already removed, but it is not necessary to remove the battery for this procedure.
