Use a JIS #000 screwdriver to remove 11 x 4mm screws.

Use a pair of needle-nose pliers to carefully lift the copper tab located on the right side of the device.
Remove the screw (4mm) on the right side under the copper tab using a JIS #000 screwdriver.
Remove and discard the old charging port.
