LG V50 ThinQ Screen Replacement

Flip the phone over with the back facing upwards.

  • Run the opening pick along the edge of the back cover to loosen it.
  • Pry the back cover open carefully.

Place the device face down on a stable surface.

  • Remove 12 1mm Phillips #000 screws using a suitable driver.

Note: These screws are to be reused later in the assembly process.

Remove the two protective brackets covering the internal components.

Disconnect the battery connector located above the battery.

  • Remove the screen connector from its port situated on the left side of the device's back panel.

Run a plastic pick (or similar tool) between the screen and base to loosen.

  • Remove the screen.

Use a 1mm double-sided adhesive along edges for secure reattachment.

Insert replacement screen into place, ensuring proper alignment.
