LG V10 Battery Replacement

Turn off the LG V10 before replacing the battery.

  • If the battery drains quickly even when not in use, check for a depleted battery. For example, if the percentage drops from 100% to 95% within ten minutes of being unplugged, replacement may be necessary.

Insert the flat end of a plastic spudger or your finger between the metal lining of the charging port and the back cover.

  • Lift up on the tool, guiding the back cover off.
  • To remove the rest of the back cover, slide a finger or spudger under it and around the sides.

Use the flat end of the spudger or your finger to pry the battery out.
