LG Stylo 2 Rear Camera Replacement
Wear protective gloves when handling the phone's motherboard for cleanliness and prevention of static damage.
- Use a PH00 screwdriver to remove the required screws.
Step 1 | Battery
Remove the back case of the phone.
- Position the phone face down on a flat surface.
- Insert the plastic opening tool into the initial gap shown and gently guide it around the edges until the case comes off.
Step 2
Place the back case to one side.
- Use a finger or an opening tool to remove the battery.
Remove the battery carefully to avoid damage to the phone or the battery.
Step 3 | Rear Camera
Remove all eleven 4mm Phillips #00 screws.
- Set the screws aside in a safe location.
- Insert the plastic opener tool to release the inner case.
- Gently remove the inner case from the device.
Step 4
- Flip the flex cable shown in the red box using a finger or an opener.
- Use precision tweezers to remove the camera component.
