LG Stylo 2 Motherboard Replacement

Step 1 | Battery

  • Remove the back case by placing the phone face down.
  • Insert a plastic opening tool into the initial gap shown.
  • Slowly guide the tool around the case until it comes off easily.

Place the back case aside.

  • Utilize a fingertip or an opening tool to detach the battery.
  • Exercise caution when removing the battery to avoid damaging the phone or the battery itself.

Step 3 | Rear Camera

Remove the eleven 4mm Phillips #00 screws.

Take note of screw locations for reassembly.

  • Place removed screws in a safe location to avoid loss or damage.
  • Use the Plastic opener tool to remove the inner case.
  • Gently pry and remove the inner case.
