LG Rebel Screen Replacement

Be cautious when handling a cracked screen as it may cause injury from sharp edges.

  • Replace the screen on an LG Rebel if it's cracked or unresponsive.

Step 1 | Screen

Insert the plastic opening tool into the indentation on the phone's side.

Lift the back panel off the device.

Position the plastic opening tool at an angle, then press upwards to disengage the back panel.

Insert the plastic spudger into the small groove underneath one of the two black clips.

Use a spudger or your finger to gently lift the metal clasps.

Ensure they are completely disconnected from the phone's back.

Use a metal spudger to gently pry under the edge of the screen.

  • You will hear the sound of the screen disconnecting from the adhesive.
  • Continue running the metal spudger along the entire perimeter of the phone to ensure it is fully disconnected.

Step 6

  • Attach a suction cup to the phone screen.
  • Pull upwards gently until the screen is fully detached.
