LG Realm Plastic Midframe Replacement

Ensure the device is completely powered off.

Step 1 | Battery

Insert thumbnail into MicroUSB port and pull up to loosen the back.

Loosen the case on all four sides using a nail.
Once loose, remove the back case.

Step 2

Remove the thumbnail by pulling it away from the phone.

Pull the thumbnail away from the battery.
Once separated, carefully remove the thumbnail.

Step 3 | Plastic Midframe

Remove the battery and back cover.

Use a Phillips #J000 screwdriver to remove the 11 screws surrounding the plastic midframe.

Step 4

Use a plastic opening tool to gently pry apart the midframe from the rest of the phone.
