When working on your phone, be careful when handling the back plating.

Remove the back plating using a plastic spudger to access the battery.
Disconnect the battery connector before proceeding with removal of the actual battery.

Step 1 | Battery

Use a plastic opening tool to prevent damage.

Insert the tool between the back panel and front panel at the bottom.
A metal spudger can harm your device.

Step 2

Remove back panel with care, setting aside securely.

Step 3

Remove the battery by pressing the thumb tab.
