LG Phoenix 2 Headphone Jack Replacement

- Phillips #000 screwdriver and a plastic opening tool are required for this repair.
- This guide will assist you in replacing the damaged headphone jack on your LG Phoenix 2.
Step 1 | Headphone Jack
Locate the notch at the bottom right corner of the phone and insert a fingernail to pry it open.
- Continue prying until the back cover pops off.
Step 2
Locate the small notch under the battery.
Use a fingernail to pry the notch and release the battery.
Once the battery is released, carefully remove it from its compartment.
Step 3
- Insert the opening tool under the bottom cover.
Careful not to damage surrounding components.
Pop the bottom cover off.
Step 4
Remove the eight 3mm screws using a Phillips #0 screwdriver.
Step 5
Insert opening tool between phone screen and silver trim.
- Pop off trim
Step 6
Use a screwdriver to pry out the headphone jack.
- Insert the screwdriver tip into the headphone jack.
- Gently pop the headphone jack out from its socket.
