LG Phoenix 2 Headphone Jack Replacement

Locate the notch at the bottom right corner of the phone and insert a fingernail to pry it open.

  • Continue prying until the back cover pops off.

  • Locate the small notch under the battery.

  • Use a fingernail to pry the notch and release the battery.

  • Once the battery is released, carefully remove it from its compartment.

  • Insert the opening tool under the bottom cover.
  • Careful not to damage surrounding components.

    Pop the bottom cover off.

Remove the eight 3mm screws using a Phillips #0 screwdriver.

Insert opening tool between phone screen and silver trim.

  • Pop off trim

Use a screwdriver to pry out the headphone jack.

  • Insert the screwdriver tip into the headphone jack.
  • Gently pop the headphone jack out from its socket.
