LG Phoenix 2 Front Camera Replacement

Handle all components carefully to avoid damage or loss of essential parts.

Use a plastic opening tool and a Phillips #000 screwdriver head.
This guide will assist you in replacing the damaged front camera on your LG Phoenix 2.
Disassemble the device to access and install the new front camera.

Step 1 | Front Camera

Insert a finger nail into the notch in the lower right corner.
Remove the back cover.

Step 2

Use your fingernail to press the release tab.
The battery should now come out easily.

Step 3

Insert the opening tool underneath the bottom cover.

Be careful not to damage any components.

Pop off the bottom cover using a gentle prying motion.

Step 4

Use the Phillips #0 screwdriver to remove eight 3mm screws.

Step 5

Insert the opening tool between the phone screen and the silver trim.

Pop off the silver trim.

Step 6

Locate the front camera connection on the motherboard.

Insert an opening tool underneath the connection.
Gently pop the front camera loose from its mounting point.
