Switch off the device completely.
Lift the battery from its notched position in the battery compartment.
Remove all 10 4.5mm screws holding the back frame to the case using a PH000 screwdriver.
Careful not to damage the back frame — excessive force can cause harm.
Unscrew the two 2.9mm screws using a PH000 screwdriver.
Use a prying tool to detach the module from the motherboard.
Remove the 1.8mm screw with a PH000 driver.
Detach Micro-USB circuitry from phone case using a small prying tool.
Compare the Micro-USB module to the empty phone casing.
