LG Optimus L7 P705 Rear Facing Camera Replacement

The rear-facing camera is faulty, replace it.

Follow this repair guide.

Step 1 | Battery/SIM Card

Locate the seam between the back cover and the phone.

Use a plastic opening tool to pry the back cover away from the phone.
Remove the battery by gently lifting it out of its compartment.
Next, locate and remove the SIM card.

Step 2 | Camera

Use the plastic spudger to lift the three connectors.

Step 3

Remove the black mount on the right side with a plastic spudger.

Step 4

Apply gentle pressure to the mount from behind.

The camera should now be detached.
To reattach, simply replace with a new or cleaned camera.
