LG Optimus Fuel Speaker Replacement
Decreased sound quality may indicate a faulty speaker.
- Inspect the speaker for any visible damage or debris.
- Check if the problem persists even with a new song or playlist.
- If issues persist, consider replacing the speaker to ensure optimal audio quality.
Step 1 | Battery
Release the plastic back cover from the right side of the phone using the designated opening.
Step 2
Remove the old battery by inserting the curved opening at the center-bottom into a suitable removal tool.
Step 3 | Speaker
Remove six PH00 screws (1.4mm each) using a Phillips head screwdriver.
- Fully detach the back panel with a plastic opening tool.
Step 4
Remove the speaker from the back panel.
- Use tweezers if necessary for a secure grip.
- Note the positioning of the two speaker springs before removal.
- Reinstall the new speaker with the speaker springs in their original position.
