LG Optimus Fuel Screen Replacement
- Screen replacement required if the screen is cracked or damaged beyond repair.
- Also replace the screen if the touchscreen functionality is no longer operational.
Step 1 | Battery
Open the phone from the right-hand side and pull off the plastic back cover.
Step 2
Remove the old battery through its curved opening, located at the center-bottom.
Step 3 | Screen
Use a PH00 Phillips head screwdriver and a plastic opening tool to remove the 6 screws.
- Remove the screws using the screwdriver.
- Use the opening tool to pry the back panel loose.
- Continue until the back panel is fully removed.
Step 4
Disconnect the two circuit connectors attached to the main circuit board.
- Pull the circuit board away from behind the screen.
