LG Optimus F3 Headphone Jack Replacement

Step 1 | Headphone Jack
Locate the charging port on the phone's back.
Pull the cover off gently with your thumb.
Step 2
Remove the battery from the phone using the indent at the bottom.
Secure the battery in a safe location to prevent damage or loss during disassembly.
Step 3
Remove the 10 x 1.0 mm screws from the rear case.
Set aside the screws, as they are required for reassembly.
Step 4
Do not force the case apart — risk of damage.
- Pry apart the joints to separate the inner case.
- Insert the opening tool on different locations until the case comes off easily.
Avoid prying if there is resistance to prevent joint damage.
Step 5
Locate the headphone jack on the upper right side of the phone's back.
Step 6
Use tweezers to gently grasp the headphone jack along the sides.
Careful not to damage the surrounding area as you lift the headphone jack out of its socket.
Step 7
Align the headphone jack with the headphone socket and press gently.
Ensure the dark side of the headphone jack, without connectors, faces up.
