LG-P970 touch screen Replacement

• Remove the back cover.
• Remove the battery.
• Disconnect the SIM card and remove it.
• Eject and remove the μSD card (Memory).

Remove 7 screws from the back.

• Use a suitable tool to loosen the back frame.
• The back frame can then be removed by hand, being careful not to damage it.

Remove all buttons.

• Disconnect the back camera using a suitable tool.
• Carefully remove the camera module with your bare hands.

Remove the small screen connector using an adjacent tool.

• The tool is located near the empty camera slot.

Careful removal of the tactile screen is essential to avoid damaging the LCD.

Remove the touch panel by carefully prying it off using your fingers.

• Be cautious of the touch screen connector.

• Cut a new piece of double-sided tape, approximately 1-2mm wide.
• Apply the tape to the area and peel it off, ensuring proper adhesion.

Make sure to install the new touchscreen properly.

• Remove any protective covering from the new touch screen.
• Align the connector on the new touch screen with the corresponding hole in the LG device.

Install all parts according to these instructions, starting from the last one mentioned.

Test the touchscreen after installation.
