LG Leon LTE Motherboard Replacement

Step 1 | Motherboard
Flip the phone over with the back side facing up.
Step 2
Locate the opening tool and insert it into the incision at the bottom center of the phone.
- Pry the back of the phone open by pushing upward with the opening tool.
- Remove the back completely and set it aside.
Step 3
Use a Phillips #0 screwdriver to remove the 8 screws holding the back frame in place.
- Prioritize securing the removed screws in a safe location.
- With all screws removed, use an opening tool to carefully pry the back frame loose.
Step 4
Use the opening tool to carefully remove the earpiece.
- Set the earpiece aside for now.
- Pull the old motherboard away from the phone fixture.
- Gently press the new motherboard into its place in the phone fixture.
