LG K10 Battery Replacement

If any of the following situations occur, it may be necessary to replace the battery:

  • Your LG K10 displays "stopped charging".
  • The device charges only when you press or manipulate the charge plug.
  • The charging is intermittent or extremely slow.
  • The charge cord does not securely "lock-in" to the device.
  • The charge cord plug frequently falls out of your LG K10.

Step 1 | Battery

Insert a thumb or similar thin, flat tool into the small indentation located to the right of the device.

  • Ensure the tool fits snugly in the provided opening.

Press the phone's sides gently to open the case.

Step 3

Push the battery firmly from the bottom to release it.

  • The battery should come off easily.

Step 4

Ensure the battery's top left corner is aligned with the 4 bronze metals. Then, carefully insert the new battery.

Step 5

Press the bottom case firmly into place using both hands.
