LG G3 Blue Screen of Death

Step 1 | MB is the problem

Identify the issue where your LG G3 heats up and shuts down after displaying a blue screen.

Disassemble the phone, including removing the motherboard.
Locate the main shield on the back of the motherboard and remove it.

Apply flux oil to the board.

Heat the CPU and surrounding components with a heat source at approximately 350°C for 10-15 seconds.

Step 3

Allow the device to cool down naturally.

Clean the board using a soft-bristled brush and isopropyl alcohol.

Step 4
