LG G3 Vigor Rear Facing Camera Replacement

Replace the rear camera in your LG G3 Vigor if your selfies are not satisfactory.

Step 1 | Rear Case

Find the small indentation on the lower right corner of the phone.

Remove the rear cover by gently pulling it away from the phone.

Step 3 | Battery

Remove the battery by lifting it from its slot at the bottom.

Step 4 | Midframe

Remove the twelve Phillips #00 screws from the midframe.

Use a plastic opening tool to pry the midframe away from the phone's edges.

Step 6 | Rear Facing Camera

  • Use a spudger to gently disconnect the ribbon cable from the motherboard.
  • Remove the rear-facing camera unit.
