Ensure the device is completely switched off.

Remove the back cover by gently prying the case open at the charging port.

Use a flathead screwdriver to pry up the battery from the small notch at the base.

• Lift the battery out of its place carefully.

• Remove all eleven 3.0 mm screws around the perimeter using a Phillips #000 screwdriver.

Run a plastic spudger along the upper cover seam.

• Slide the spudger carefully to detach the cover.
• Remove the upper cover from the device.

Use a spudger to carefully pry off the hard shell covering at the bottom.

Remove the two Phillips #000 screws, each with a 1 mm length.

Disconnect the bottom-right connector using tweezers.

Unplug the antenna wires located on the bottom left and right sides of the device.

Use a plastic opening tool to carefully pry up the lower edge of the exposed charging port.

• Lift the edge slowly and slide the tool along until the charging port is released.

Use tweezers to remove all four connectors.

Remove antenna wires from both sides of the device.

• Lift out the back camera carefully.
• Lift out the headphone jack located on the upper right side of the device.

Locate and gently pry up the motherboard to remove it from the phone.

Remove the vibration motor.

• The entire display assembly will remain attached to the device.
