LG Aristo MS210 Front and Rear Camera Replacement

Replacing either camera is essential if they're damaged or malfunctioning.

  • Remove the camera mounting screws.
  • Gently pry the camera unit away from its mount.
  • Disconnect the video cables from the camera module.

Step 1 | Battery

Insert spudger into notch at bottom left of phone.

  • Aim for a small amount of gentle pressure.
  • The back cover should now be removable.

  • Insert the spudger into the notch at the bottom middle of the battery.
  • Apply light pressure to remove the battery.

Step 3 | Command Button

Remove the PH000 bit and use it to unscrew the ten 3.4mm screws as highlighted.

  • Use a spudger to gently pry open the inner shell.
  • Flip the inner shell over, exposing the clips that hold the command button.

  • Disconnect the command button clips with a spudger
  • Remove the command button

Step 5 | Front and Rear Camera

Disconnect the ZIF connector securing the front-facing camera with the spudger.

Use a spudger to disconnect the ZIF connector for the back-facing camera.

Step 7

Disconnect the front camera cable from the logic board.

Be careful not to touch any exposed metal components when handling the camera connectors.

Repeat steps for the rear camera.
