How to Apply New Top Speaker Adhesive in Your Google Pixel Fold

Step 1 | Remove the old adhesive
Use tweezers or your fingers to remove the old adhesive strip from the top speaker.
- Remove the protective liner from the new adhesive strip.
- Expose the adhesive backing by peeling off the liner.
Step 2 | Apply the adhesive
Apply the new adhesive to the top speaker.
- Press down the adhesive with a spudger or your fingers.
- Pull on the tab using tweezers or your fingers to expose the top layer of adhesive.
Step 3 | Secure the top speaker
Align the top speaker with its recess and insert at a shallow angle.
- Push the speaker towards the top edge until it sits flush.
- Apply gentle pressure downwards to secure the speaker in place.
