How to Apply New Base Vibrator Adhesive in Your Google Pixel Fold

To complete this repair, follow these steps after replacing the base vibrator.
If you haven't already, use a separate guide to remove the base vibrator.

Step 1 | Remove the old adhesive

Remove the adhesive strip at the bottom of the base vibrator using tweezers or your fingers.

Step 2 | Apply the adhesive

Peel off the new adhesive strip from its liner.
Apply the sticky side to the vibrator.
Use a spudger or your fingers to press down the adhesive and adhere it.

Step 3 | Secure the base vibrator

Use tweezers or your fingers to gently pull the tab.
The tab will release, exposing the top layer of adhesive.

Apply even pressure to attach the base vibrator securely.

Insert and press down on the base vibrator firmly onto its designated area.
