Never start this repair with a fully charged battery — risk of thermal runaway.
Power off your device completely and disconnect all charging cables.
Place phone on a clean, smooth surface with back glass facing up.
The Anti-Clamp may require a special technique; refer to the Anti-Clamp guide for instructions.
Position the suction cups carefully: avoid touching the bezel with the inner screen cup to ensure proper adhesion.
If necessary, use tape to create a grippier surface; packing tape can help the suction cups adhere if the glass is cracked.
Place a stable object under your phone.
If the arms are not properly aligned, realign them before proceeding.
Monitor the suction cups for alignment; if they slip, detach and realign the arms.
Insert an opening pick into the gap under the back glass.
Do not crank more than a quarter turn at a time, or apply excessive heat.
Apply a suction cup near the center of the bottom edge.
Difficulty may vary depending on phone age. Apply more heat if necessary.
If back glass is cracked, try using packing tape or strong tape for better adhesion.
As a last resort, superglue the suction cup to the broken back glass.
Do not insert the opening pick deeper than 3.5 mm, or risk damaging internal components.
Apply a heated iOpener to the left edge of the back glass.
Leave the iOpener on for exactly 2 minutes.
Hold the opening pick at an angle and rotate it counterclockwise around the bottom left corner of the device.
Be gentle, as excessive force may damage the screen or surrounding components.
Insert a second opening pick at the bottom left corner.
Use a iOpener with heat applied to the top edge of the back glass for 2 minutes.
Hold the opening pick vertically and rotate it gently around the top left corner of the device.
Insert the third opening pick into the top left corner.
Heat an iOpener and apply it to the right edge of the back glass for 2 minutes.

Use tweezers or your fingers to pull the middle bracket toward the left edge of the phone and release its clip.
Reinsert the middle bracket clip under its slot in the frame before aligning the screw holes during reassembly to ensure proper fit.
Misaligned connectors can cause permanent damage to the motherboard.
Remove the back glass.
During reassembly:
The graphite sheet is fragile; handle with care during peeling.
During reassembly:
Remove the black screw cover using tweezers or a clean fingertip.
Remove the Torx Plus 3IP driver and use it to unscrew the five screws holding the bottom bracket in place, each with a length of 3.1 mm.
Use tweezers or your fingers to pull the bottom bracket toward the phone's bottom edge and release its clip.
During reassembly, ensure the bottom bracket clip is securely seated under its slot in the logic board before aligning its screw holes.
Remove the grey conductive tape from the bottom interconnect cable.
Disconnect the flip battery and bottom interconnect press connectors using a point of a spudger.
Make sure to disconnect both cables to prevent accidental shorting to the logic board.
Press conductive tape firmly with spudger or fingers.
Verify that the bottom speaker is lightly adhered to the .
If your original adhesive is still intact, you can reuse it during reassembly. If not, refer to this guide for instructions on replacing it with custom cut strips.
