Any repair may compromise your phone's water resistance.
You'll need new back glass and autofocus sensor adhesives for the repair.

Lift the motherboard by inserting the spudger under its bottom right corner.
Disconnect and lift out the motherboard.
Check the condition of the logic board thermal pad, located either on the bottom of the logic board or on the frame.
Use isopropyl alcohol (greater than 90%) and a microfiber cloth to carefully clean all thermal pad residue from the frame and bottom of the logic board.
Insert the spudger into the flash connector's socket and gently pry it away from the motherboard.
Use the tip of a spudger to gently pry up the wide camera and disconnect it.
Use the tip of a spudger to gently pry up and release the ultrawide camera.
Disconnect the rear camera connectors from the motherboard.
The motherboard is all that's left.
Check for a pre-installed autofocus sensor on your replacement rear cameras.
Only a single component should remain: the rear camera module.
Use a spudger and tweezers to carefully remove two pieces of adhesive from the bottom of the LDAF and flash module.
Make sure to press down firmly to avoid any air bubbles or misalignment.
Accidental contact with camera lenses can damage them — wipe immediately with clean microfiber or lint-free cloth if touched.
