Step 1 | Remove the SIM card tray
Press the SIM eject tool firmly into the SIM card tray hole.
- The SIM eject tool, a bit, or a straightened paper clip will work.
- Eject the SIM card tray by pressing the tool in.
- Once ejected, carefully remove the SIM card tray.
