Attach a suction handle to the very bottom edge of the back glass, centered.

Use the reference picture to guide separation of the adhesive securing the back glass along the frame's perimeter.
Avoid inserting your pick near the power button where a cable connects the back glass to prevent damage.
Apply heat if back glass feels stuck.
Insert a second pick under the bottom left corner.
Slide it up the left edge, stopping just above the power button.
Leave the pick inserted to prevent re-sealing of the adhesive.
Position a pick at the bottom right corner of the back glass.
Insert a picking tool under the top right corner.
Do not attempt to remove the back glass yet, as it's still connected by a ribbon cable.
Flip the back glass over the left side of the phone.
Remove the Torx Plus 3IP screwdriver with the following two screws:

Use the point of a spudger to gently pry up and release the battery and back glass press connectors.
Remove the back glass.
Remove the speaker from its housing.
Remove the USB-C board cover using a Torx Plus 3IP screwdriver.
Remove the USB-C board cover.
Insert the point of the spudger between the press connector and the USB-C board.
Gently lift the wider cable near the right edge with your finger.
Risk of damage to the battery, use care when prying.
Hold the interconnect cable aside.
Apply one drop of high-concentration isopropyl alcohol (>90%) to the bottom edge of the vibration motor.
Applying more than one drop risks the alcohol flowing through the frame cutout and damaging the screen.
Remove the vibration motor using a spudger.
Reassembly of your phone begins now.
Remove excess vibration motor adhesive using a spudger.
Allow isopropyl alcohol to dry completely before proceeding with further repairs.
Apply thin, double-sided tape strips to the bottom of the vibration motor.
Place the vibration motor in its recess, ensuring the gold contacts face upwards on the left side.
Move both cables connected to the USB-C board out of the way.
Press down on the two press connectors with your finger to connect them to the top edge of the USB-C board.
Slide the USB-C board cover into position and secure it by aligning the tabs with their hooks.
Install the USB-C board cover using a Torx Plus 3IP screwdriver.
Align the bottom speaker with the cutout and slide it in at a slight downward angle.
Ensure the speaker gasket seals correctly before proceeding.
Use a Torx Plus 3IP screwdriver to secure the bottom speaker with its two 5.0 mm long screws.
Completely remove all old adhesive and its residue from the frame before installing new adhesive.
Be extremely cautious when removing back glass adhesive to avoid damaging the battery or nearby fragile components.
Wrap a microfiber cloth around a spudger.
Repeat cleaning procedures for back glass.
Position the back glass adhesive above the frame and align the rear camera cutout with the corresponding cutout in the liner.
Peel the top half of the large, clear liner downwards to expose the adhesive.
Take your time and carefully position the adhesive along the frame.
Be cautious, as the adhesive is very sticky and cannot be moved once applied.
Apply remaining adhesive to the frame, pressing firmly in place while peeling back large liner.
Press the adhesive firmly onto the frame with a spudger.
Peel up and remove the large colored liner slowly from the cutout near the top edge.
Inspect your new back glass for protective liners and tape on the underside.
Position the suction handle on the back glass and secure it on the left-hand side.
Press down firmly to connect back glass and battery press connectors.
Misaligned connectors can cause permanent damage and injury risk if pins bend.
Ensure the back glass connector cover is securely seated, with its tabs locking into place in the designated slots.
Install the two 5.8 mm screws with a Torx Plus 3IP screwdriver.
Press the adhesive firmly with a spudger to secure it to the frame.
Power down completely before continuing work.
Remove the remaining liners from the back glass adhesive.
If adhesive peels up with liner, check that all adhesive is pushed into place with spudger.
For an even stronger bond, use either books stacked on the back glass or a screen vise clamp.
