SIM Eject Tool or alternative: a thin pointy object like a paperclip or pin
Step 1 | SIM Card
Locate the SIM tray on the left edge of the phone.
- Identify the small hole on the outer edge of the SIM tray.
Step 2
Do not force the SIM card eject tool into the SIM tray hole.
- Insert the SIM card eject tool into the hole until it clicks.
- The SIM tray should pop out slightly from the phone.
Step 3
Remove the SIM tray from the phone.
- Gently pull the tray out completely.
- Lift the old SIM card out with your fingers or flip the tray over to dislodge it.
Step 4
Replace the old SIM card with the new SIM card.
Close the SIM tray securely to avoid data loss.
