ASUS PadFone X Sim Card Replacement

This guide shows you how to replace the SIM card on an ASUS PadFone X in three simple steps.

Step 1 | Sim Card

Insert the blue plastic opening tool into the crease between the back cover and the phone.

  • Pry the tool upwards to loosen the back cover.
  • Repeat this motion all around the phone until the back cover is loose.

Step 2

Insert the SIM card into the phone by pushing it gently inwards.

Step 3

Remove the sim card.

  • Locate the sim card slot
  • Gently push the sim card out of its housing.
