- Perform a Factory Hard Reset if you wish to erase all user data or remove the Screen Lock.

Switch off the device.
- Press and hold simultaneously the Volume up and Power buttons until you see the Android robot.
- Release the buttons when the Android robot appears.
- In the Android System Recovery menu, use the Volume down button to select "Factory reset" and press the Power button to confirm.
